Founder and Medical Director, Robert Glatter, M.D., is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician. He is currently an attending physician in Emergency Medicine at both Lenox Hill and Southampton Hospitals, NY. He takes care of a number of patients who are in the worlds of finance, real estate, fashion and entertainment. He does medical exams for movies that shoot in Manhattan and works as a doctor for Gossip Girl and other CW shows as well.

Dr Glatter also offers a unique medical service for those who travel on private aircraft, AirMedical Concierge (www.airmedicalconierge.com), providing peace of mind and ease for those travelers who may have inflight medical issues or emergencies.

Dr. Glatter graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine (EM) at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to completing his residency in EM, Dr. Glatter trained in General Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, GA and Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. Additional training included two years of research at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where he investigated the use of lasers as an alternative therapy to treat burn patients. In 1998, his findings were published in Annals of Surgery, a prestigious monthly surgical review.

Dr. Glatter currently serves on the board of the Worldwide Children's foundation (www.wwcf.org) providing life altering and lifesaving surgeries to children in need.

His other work includes a position on the editorial board of Medscape Emergency Medicine (WebMD), a trusted resource for physicians who practice emergency medicine.

Dr Glatter also has an interest in sports medicine and has served as a sideline physician in the NFL for the New York Jets from 2004-2007.
