TMN- Like its cousin The Peak, the villa Teman was created by designer Wolfgang Ludes in cooperation with architect Johannes Zingerle. It is located in Saint Jean and offers stunning Westerly views over the bay.
Upon arrival, the principal building of the villa rises behind a row of large bamboo, projecting the mysticism of an Asian monastery. An impressive stone stairway leads the way up to the main entrance like a climb to a temple.
A large terrace and pool area give an immediate sensation of peace and harmony that is enhanced by a stunning panoramic view, the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the Bai de St. Jean sparkle through the property s palm trees and contrast with a green lawn like colorful gem stones on a piece of jewelry. A large outdoor fireplace radiates harmony among the three basic elements earth, water and fire even during the long Caribbean nights.

The villa consists of three separate buildings, each on a different level along the rather steep slope of the property.
The principal building with a generous living room, dining area, an open kitchen and a quiet study area.
The master suite on the upper level is reached via a dramatic stone stairway from the pool area or from the main entrance via a mountainous path through a tropical palm garden. It has its own plunge pool and a private terrace nestled into the cliff, an ideal spot for enjoying romantic sunsets.
Two guest suites on the lower level are connected to the main pool area by a floating stairway along a curtain of water cascading down from the infinity edge of the main pool. Each of the three buildings gives complete privacy while sharing the same stunning views. Several terraces and cozy exterior areas, some designed to socialize, others to enjoy peace and solitude, draw the residents to spend their time outdoors, surrounded by beautiful plants and breathtaking vistas. Even private moments can be spent under open skies in outdoor showers or bathtubs discreetly hidden in tropical gardens. The swimming pools are made of green andesite stone from Java and blend perfectly into the tropical landscape.
The interior follows the same concept of minimalist design with warm, natural materials throughout. Dark brown wenge wood from Africa used for ceilings, wall panels and cabinets contrast with the warm sandy color of the Italian travertine floors. Washbasins are made of dark grey granite, also from Italy. The high quality furniture comes from the biggest names in contemporary design and decoration. B&B Italia, maxalto, flexform and many more. A state-of-the-art Crestron home automation system controls music, lights, climatization, security cameras and shutters by the touch of a button from home or anywhere else in the World. Teman is a villa of refined aesthetics and understated luxury that generate a feeling of peace and serenity.
