A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Villa Lagon Blue (LAB) is one of two villas located on the hillside right at the top of Petit Cul de Sac, in the exclusive gated community of Domaine du Levant. It offers three beds, three baths, a large pool and breath-taking views over Petit Cul de Sac to Tortue Island and distant St Martin. The three bedrooms are of similar size and comfort, and all open to a terrace with ocean view. Bedroom four is in its own bungalow. The spacious living area and fully equipped, modern kitchen open onto the pool and terrace , where the dining area overlooks the ocean, and benefits from the cooling breeze. The private community beach is just a pleasant stroll away.

This villa can also be rented together with neighboring Villa Baby Blue to provide a two villa estate of 6 bedrooms, the perfect vacation spot for a gathering of family and friends.
