A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Simple but sophisticated design, convenient to the beach
Overlooking the peaceful bay just to the west of the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, villa Teora (MBZ) provides a refuge for easy living along with pleasing design. Decorated with furniture by Christian Liaigre, this home is the sister villa to the slightly larger Marigot Bay villa, just up the hill. A hardwood deck runs the length of the main house, with an outdoor dining table, chaises for lying in the sun, and a generous plunge pool for cooling off on hot days. The beach at villa Teora is just a short walk away, and the calm waters there are perfect for snorkeling or swimming laps to start the morning off right. The interior living room and master bedroom open directly onto the terrace and view, but can also be closed with large sliding glass doors for quiet, air-conditioned comfort.
The master bedroom offers a Euro-king bed, plentiful closet space and in integrated dressing area, and an ensuite bath with a large shower. The second bedroom, also air conditioned, is on a lower level, with two twin beds and its own private bath with a rain-head shower. The kitchen is small but efficient, with a gas range-top, a medium-sized Liebherr fridge, and a Nespresso machine and juicer. Villa Teora may be rented in conjunction with the villa Marigot Bay to create a 4-bedroom compound ideal for larger families or groups of friends vacationing together.
