A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Located above Lorient Bay and offering a dramatic view over the ocean and the surrounding islands, Villa Tortue (TOR) pampers its guests with contemporary design and elegant furnishings. The integrated living area and bedroom open onto the bright terrace, inviting infinity pool, and spectacular ocean view. The bedroom boasts a colonial style four-poster king bed and an ensuite bathroom and large dressing area.

Facing the pool, the gourmet kitchen is located under the covered terrace and opens onto the outside dining and living areas, all facing the sea view. Villa Tortue (TOR) can be rented individually or can be combined with its neighbor villa, La Carette to make a total of 3 bedrooms. When rented separately, both villas maintain complete privacy.
